Production Sundplast manufactures it's own proprietary products (like furniture fittings, protective caps, lids and containers for hazardous waste) but sub-contracting work for plastic parts for a variety of industries (automotive, construction, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and manufacturing) all over Sweden and Europe are also a substantial part of the business. The production has been automated and we have servo robots and fully automatic production lines for labeling, sealing, pattern making and packaging. We have machines for 2- and 3-component injection molding, we have ultrasound welding, machines for hot embossing and transfer printing. We can handle fitting/mounting and packaging, and provide chromium plating. If need be, we can build totally customer-specific production lines.
