Company information AB Sundplast started working with injection molding of plastic parts already in the 1970's. Today we are a full-service company that can offer a lot more than only the manufacture of injection-molded parts. Since the 1970's we have built a solid knowledge about the technology, materials and design concerning injection molding. Today we have 20 modern injection molding machines at our facilities in Helsingborg. The production has been automated and today we have servo robots and fully automatic production lines for labeling, sealing, pattern making and packaging. We have machines for 2- and 3-component injection molding, we have ultrasound welding, machines for hot embossing and transfer printing. We can handle fitting/mounting and packaging, and provide chromium plating. Sundplast manufactures it's own proprietary products (like furniture fittings, protective caps and containers for hazardous waste) but sub-contracting work for plastic parts for a variety of industries (automotive, construction, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and manufacturing) all over Sweden and Europe are also a considerable part of the business. We work with injection molding for most thermoplastics, e.g.: ABS, PA, PELD, PELLD, PEHD, PC, PMMA, PP, POM, etc.
